Trainee

Our trainee course is a focused programme for commercially oriented employees in the sales department in either Svenstrup J or Middelfart.

There are three different ways to enter into the programme:

1. Internal employees, who have completed their apprenticeship at Uhrenholt
2. Candidates with a commercial background in e.g. sales, shipping, logistics, etc.
3. Candidates having either a medium long (bachelor) or higher education

 
The duration of the programme is two years within one of our product or market divisions. It will be a mix of operational implementation and theory and it may also be possible to include a stay abroad for a certain period. 

There will be both internal and external education and you will become familiar with a number of different areas: sales, marketing, product knowledge, finance, logistics, and risk management.

You will be challenged and get to know different parts of the organisation. If you have the right attitude and skills, you will be able to influence the course of the traineeship yourself.
