Product Solutions

Uhrenholt sells a wide variety of dairy products to more than 90 markets worldwide. Some of the products are produced at our own dairy in Denmark, Grøndal Dairy. Other products are produced at dairies in Europe, Argentina, and Australia.
 

Yellow cheese
A full range of hard and semi hard yellow cheedes from all over the world. We sell most products in all formats and sizes. For example: Danbo, Fontina, Cheddar, Gouda, and Mozzarella. Standard sizes for example 200 g, 400g, 2 kg, 4 kg, 8 kg, and 15 kg.
 
Blue mould
Traditionel Danablu from cow’s milk with the characteristic taste, ranging from mild to sharp. Many different sizes and formats e.g. 100 g table pack, 350 g half moon, 4 kg loaf, 3 kg wheel, 100 g triangle, and 21 g cubes.
 
White cheese
Various types of conventional white cheese with a firm texture and tangy, salty taste. Produced either in 200 g block format or cubed in a solution of brine or oil marinade (300 g, 4 kg, 16 kg).
 
White mould

Creamy and savory brie and camembert in a soft crusty white mould. Available in 125 g, 500 g, 1 kg, and 3 kg.
 

Specialty cheese

Selected specialty cheeses such as Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, Spanish Manchego, Emmental, Swiss Gruyère, and Cypriot Halloumi. Produced in various sizes depending on product, e.g. 220 g, 1 kg, 3 kg, and 5 kg.

Butter
Salted and unsalted butter, many different sizes. 10 g portion packs for catering, retail pack either 100 g, 227 g, or 454 g. Available both as lactic or sweet cream.
 

 

Cubed or Grated cheese
A complete range of various cheese types, e.g. Gouda, Edam, Mozzarella, either grated, or cubed in different pack sizes:  
250 g, 1 kg, 2 kg.
 
Cheese slices

All the well known cheeses, such as Edam, Gouda, Havarti, Cheddar, Maasdam, conveniently sliced and packed in flow pack or table pack. Pack sizes 150 g, 200 g, 400 g, 500 g, 800 g or 1000 g and usually packed in cases of 6, 12, 15 or 18.
Also in the range, processed cheese slices in various flavours.
